These terms cover every payment made on topyoutuber.lol. They are short on purpose. If you pay on this site, you agree to them.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

One thing: placement on a public entertainment leaderboard. Your payment adds its amount to the chosen channel's lifetime total and the board reorders instantly. That is the entire product, delivered the moment your payment completes.
There is no auction, no prize, no draw and no chance element. Nothing is won or lost. Every payment buys exactly what it says: a bigger number next to a channel name.
No money is paid out to anyone. Listed channels do not receive any share of payments, and listing a channel creates no relationship between that channel and this site.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.
Whole US dollars only: $1 minimum, $999,999 maximum per payment. A completed payment is what activates a placement; abandoned checkouts do nothing and cost nothing.
Payments in other currencies are converted by Stripe; the ranked amount is the US dollar value of the payment.

Placement is delivered instantly, so payments are final. Losing a rank to a bigger payment later is not a refund event.
Genuine mistakes are different. Double charges, technical failures on our side, or a listing we removed: contact us within 14 days and we will make it right, with a refund where that is the honest outcome.
If we remove a listing for breaking the rules, any refund is at our discretion.

By paying you expressly request immediate delivery of the placement and acknowledge that once it is delivered, which happens within seconds, the 14 day right of withdrawal no longer applies.

What can be listed and how ranking works is defined on the rules page, which is part of these terms.
We may hide or remove any listing that breaks the rules, the law, or the spirit of the board. Takedown requests from channel owners are honored; see the rules page for contact.

This is an entertainment service provided as is, with no warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the board up, but downtime is not a refund event.
Our total liability to you for anything related to this site is capped at the amount you paid us.
We may update these terms; the date below always reflects the current version. Material changes apply to payments made after the change.
